PhD Programme:

YTU Law School has been granted the Ph.D. degree in 2024, includes four fields: jurisprudence, civil and commercial law, intellectual property law and procedure law. The admission follows an application-review mechanism, which includes four stages: personal application, document review, comprehensive assessment, and merit-based admission. The programme follows a full-time study mode and admits only non-directed doctoral candidates. The standard duration is four years, which may be extended upon approval under special circumstances, but shall not exceed six years in total.
